Xelari Platform Update: A Refined Experience, a New Visual System, and More Candidates
We have rebuilt the Xelari experience around how it is actually used: cleaner workflows, a new visual system called Cold Mineral, and more candidates delivered on every plan. The update is live now.
Almost a year ago we launched the alpha. Since then, researchers and teams across the biotech industry have put Xelari to work on a wide range of targets, running a large volume of aptamer design against real problems. Throughout the year we studied closely how the platform is used in practice, listening through emails, calls, and conversations in labs and at events.
Now it is time to take Xelari to the next level. This update includes three major changes.
Product Experience
A year of real-world use showed us where our early design held up and where it needed to change. When a workflow took extra steps, or an expected feature was not where people looked for it, we treated that as a clear signal to act.
The core generation settings now live where you actually need them, in the run form. Results are no longer buried inside old projects. They have their own dedicated tab. The interface is noticeably more responsive, and the chat no longer intrudes on your workflow. It responds only when you reach out to it.
The goal is simple: less interface noise, fewer unnecessary steps, more focus on aptamer design.
Visual System: Cold Mineral
Over the past year we came to understand your daily working environment better, from the lab bench to the screen where a new hypothesis takes shape. We wanted Xelari to feel like a natural extension of that environment: light, clean, and unobtrusive, yet precise enough for molecular design.
That is how Cold Mineral came to be. It is built on a cold mineral palette, close to the visual language of modern biology, medical, and chemistry labs. The interface does not pull attention onto itself. It creates a workspace where it is easier to think, compare, launch new hypotheses, and return to your results.
Prices and Limits
We also revisited the economics of the platform, and the headline is more output for everyone.
Every user now receives twice as many candidates per design, regardless of subscription, with no change to their current plan. We have also lowered the barrier to entry, making it easier to run a first set of experiments before committing to a larger program.
The result is a platform that is more accessible for early experiments and more productive for teams that already use it regularly.
What's Next
This update becomes the new baseline for Xelari. We continue to improve computational quality and add features that turn Xelari from a candidate generation tool into a full working environment for in silico molecular design, expanding the aptamer workflow from problem definition to decision-making on candidates.
